The hotel served a satisfactory breakfast which I really enjoyed. The staff were attentive and efficient, just as I would expect.- The location was very central, as it was very close to bars, restaurants, shops, Gandia City, and the center of Gandia.

Good stuff, marvellous location, functional hotel. Loved bathroom with a bathtub. The downtown is within 10 minutes' walk. There was pizzeria la antica nearby to grab something to eat. Furthermore, parking was available on-site.

The quality/price ratio is. The beautiful room, the air conditioning cools down very well, the bathroom is well equipped, the staff is super friendly, wide variety of services, very good menu, varied, abundant and at a good price, in general I would recommend it.

What really bothered me was the noise. In other comments you can read that guests complain because you hear the elevator - it's true. You can also hear others taking showers or flushing the toilet. The most annoying thing is when someone walks down the aisle. He wakes up in the morning and disturbs at night. I would recommend putting some carpets or something to silence him a little :) The bathroom wasn't 100% clean, it was details but you could tell it lacked cleanliness, even the sheets.. Parking is not included in the price of the room. It's 10 euros per night and I think it's an abuse. I understand for the outsiders yes, but for the clients it should be free.

The interior was fairly clean, the staff were professional and helpful, and the location allowed easy access to Teatro Serrano on foot.

I had guest room that also was complete with all very good value as well as big comfy bed. The staff were professional and the location was peaceful. Greatly enjoyed to hang out in the centre, it's around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Balconies in the guest rooms come with all the amenities you'd expect. The staff is helpful, and there's street parking available for your car. 🚗

From the minute I contacted this hotel, to ask if they could put a terrace and a bath, everything was easy. . A few days before we arrived we called to see if we could leave our bags before entering the room. I recommend the breakfast buffet that was varied with different types of milk, cereals, fruit, bread, toast. I had an icebox in the room, that's a plus. I RECOMMEND

To put it bluntly, I would say that the menu of the day, day and night, is all fritters and not worth ordering. We were right not to take it and to trust the comments of the users of this website. They should also improve the breakfast machine's bad coffee and machine's aguachirri juice.

The hotel is very well located, just a few steps from the center. is an old hotel but renovated, quite spacious rooms with classic furniture. the breakfast buffet very complete, fruit, sausages, tomato striped to put with oil, different varieties of bread and sweet pastries. They were kind enough to leave us the room for a few more hours so we could have a shower (because we had a cycling race). The hotel has a cafeteria/restaurant service with a 12 euro menu, with three starters, three first ones to choose from, dessert and drinks.

The single room was warm and comfortable with a mini bar fridge, air conditioner, and an individual safe. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was large.- The service was good and breakfast was satisfactory.- Plus, there is parking available in the street.

First of all, it was time to pay, I had made the down payment with a credit card, by the date I went to the hotel, I had cancelled that card, well, hotel demanded me to pay with that same card or show them the same card to check that it was mine, was impossible because I had already cancelled that card, they said that was their rule because I could have used that card without being mine... I don't agree with that, if the hotel has those rules they should inform about it in the reservation conditions, first payment had to be cancelled and then they had to make it complete with another card, that caused me to have 99 euros in the air until 12 days after they were paid by the bank of the cancelled card, badly because of the deficient information about the payment conditions. room and bathroom were very clean, but, unfortunately I cannot give a good rating to the cleanliness because when I opened the trash can of the bathroom I found some used compresses in it, detail like that already makes one see everything with bad eyes

The hotel staff was very friendly and polite. . The room was comfortable, the bathroom very spacious and with a small window for ventilation. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable. We liked the breakfast very much, varied and with healthy options . The decoration of the lounge and game tables was beautiful, and with a grand piano.

1) Breakfast: We didn't like anything at all, and we found the machine coffee to be of very poor quality. It didn't taste like coffee and it was practically water. Very bad. It would be better if we could ask the waiter or if there were already jugs of coffee so that people could pour it directly into a cup. As for the food, we missed oatmeal, muesli and granola (there were individual boxes of very sugary cereals). 2) Room: The air outlet grilles were full of dust and accumulated dirt. We were a little bothered by the noise in our room (609) because the window faced the air extractors and they were quite noisy, but it was not a problem to sleep. The views from our window were not very nice.

Safety deposit box charge was excessive at 2.50 euros per night. Some of corridor areas are in need of redecoration as carpets were shabby and paintwork knocked.
